Quality Control

Regarding quality control, we present prompt solutions, assuring that the water and fluids production and distribution fulfill the demands and technical recommendations, as well as the compliance with legal guidelines.

 

Validation Process

The Validation Process for the Water Treatment Systems has been implemented in the company, since 2002. We have followed the usual steps: Qualification and Installation, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification.

The Validation Process, which is subject to constant external auditing, has already been successfully implemented in 19 of our Hemodialysis Clinics.

 

Laboratorial Analysis

In order to assure that the production and distribution of various types of fluids will satisfy the demands and technical recommendation, we guarantee the following:

  • Defining the laboratorial protocol into effect;
  • Planning the periodical and extraordinary gatherings;
  • Samples collection and transportation in a refrigerated vehicle, as required;
  • Working with Analysis Laboratories duly certified and that comply with the technical requirements necessary;
  • Close coordination with the Laboratories, indicating the date of gathering and the type of analysis to be carried out, in addition to accompanying the analytical process of the Laboratory by checking the results online;
  • Analytical interpretation of the results and sending the analysis report to the client, with suggestions of preventative and/or corrective measures.

 

Consultancy

We give technical expert advice in planning, installation and/or remodeling, maintenance and quality control areas. We also offer specific training packages regarding technical orientation, to support the work of the technicians of each one of the healthcare units.

 

Quality Indicators

As a way of monitoring our performance we prepare activities reports that analyze aspects related to performance, namely, the effectiveness of the executed interventions, the reasons that lead to less satisfactory results, the performance of the equipment, the installations general conditions, among others.

In order to achieve this, quality indicators are defined and integrated and frequently monitored, so that statistical analysis is possible and performance tendencies of the various equipments are established.
