Personalised Logistic Support

With our Customer Support Service the patient finds help and orientation for the stock management of their products.

Personalised Telephone Service

We have a team of commercial delegates specialised in PD that will help the patient in problems resolution and clarifying any doubt.

 

Home Support Service

A team of nursing professionals, who direct regularly visits and provide therapeutic attendance, carries out the home support service.

Home visits:

  • Visit before treatment begins;
  • Visit after the training period at hospital;
  • Follow-up visits (at least every 6 months);
  • Emergency Visits.

 

Regular delivery of material to the patient's home

The products are delivered at the patient's home on the date and time previously agreed upon.

 

Cyclers Technical installation

Our technical experts, duly certified for the job, and in accordance with legal regulations, do the cyclers installation of at the patient's home.

 

Regular Cyclers's Maintenance

The cycler's maintenance is done in accordance with a previously established plan, by a technical expert.

 

Technical Support and Cyclers Substitution

In case of difficulties in using the cyclers we will provide a team that will carry out all of the necessary technical support.

In case the cycler needs to be replaced, this will be done at the patient's home within a maximum time period of 24 hours (in working days).

 

Personal Guide to PD Therapy

For all new patients that begin Peritoneal Dialysis a support guide is provided for information and training: "Your Personal Guide to PD".

This guide will provide you important information regarding renal disease and this treatment option.

 

Holiday and Travel Services

Our Holiday and travel service gives the patient the opportunity to receive all the necessary materials to conduct their treatments while on holiday in or out of the country.

The Help Desk number 800 20 52 33 is available to our Peritoneal Dialysis Program patients and to their families in order to give them the necessary support for training and logistics.
