Fresenius Medical Care Portugal, recognized with the Certification in accordance with the Quality Management System regulations ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003, integrates in its organizational structure a Technical Assistance Department. This department assures technical support to all the equipment in our dialysis clinics, hospitals and other clients of the sector.

The present applied technologies and the state-of-the-art of our equipment requires proper and suitable technical support.

The most sophisticated technical equipment, such as Diagnostic Computerised Systems, Electrical Safety Analysers and Test Areas, supports our Technical Assistance. We have a Help Desk support, 24-hour available in addition to an online platform, that allow us to quickly be reached, and in turn respond efficiently to the calls and demands of the market.

Having in mind that the Technical Assistance does not only include the equipment's installation, we also provide technical support for our clients. This support includes: Equipment management, Technical Support, Maintenance, Technical Experts Training and Certification and Technical Safety Verification..
