Up to the mid 1960s, the life expectancy of a patience diagnosed with chronic kidney disease was low. However, today, thanks to innovations in technology and treatments, patients undergoing dialysis may lead relatively normal lives.
We have contributed greatly to the improvement of the quality of life of renal patients.
With the acquisition of know-how in the management of dialysis centres, we have expanded our services: from being a company that only manufactured equipments and products for dialysis treatments we are now a company that globally provides renal care, with a wide range of services provided to support our patients.

Fresenius SE is a multinational company conducting business across the globe, providing services and products for dialysis as well as healthcare services to patients in hospital as ambulatory care.
Founded in 1912, Fresenius specialised in dialysis products.
